With 16 years of start to finish event management experience, Noelle has produced more than 500 events around the world including advisory councils, high-end celebrity events, marketing panels, President’s Club trips and employee functions ranging in size from 30 to 300K people. Working on both the brand & agency sides of the business, Noelle grew her appreciation for true customer service and the creative process that is vital to ensuring high-quality programs for her clients. This led her to found Ladidadi XM – the first female-led, experiential marketing collective of its type.
